What can you not tell about a floor from a website photo?

A screen cannot show texture, and texture is what decides whether a floor works in your room.

The main thing you cannot do when you are on a website is feel the texture. And that is crucial to having it in your environment. It is great to see what it looks like and how it tones well with other things, but when you come into a showroom you can get a sample, you can touch it, feel the texture, and know exactly what you are going to be getting for your floor.
