How much furniture can I leave in the room?

Big furniture we can move ourselves. It is the breakables and the full dressers that need clearing.

The short answer

One of the questions we ask is how much furniture we can leave in a room when we are laying a floor. As you can see in this particular room, there is no furniture in here, which is amazing for us, and we can get the floor laid quickly.

But we understand that in some circumstances large furniture items cannot be moved from the room. So we would move it from one end of the floor to the other, and once we have laid that area, so that is fine.

Any items like pot plants or TVs, books, glass items, and if it is a Welsh dresser or something, all that needs to be emptied out. We do not want to come in and start moving all your stuff and accidentally break anything. That is the last thing we want to do.

So if you can have as much cleared as possible.
