How do you undercut a door frame?

I am going to give you an example of how we undercut door frames. We do this so that the flooring looks like it runs underneath the door frame. This frame was built after the floor went down, so we cut it back.

Here we have the door frame that we have just cut. Then the flooring slides in underneath.
